  • All items are made in our factory in Calcutta under the guidance of a professionally managed production team

  • As per our Company policy we can provide price only in US Dollars and Euro

  • The time required for producing depends on the quantity of orders. We take approximately 75 to 90 days as production time including lead time. The production time we calculate from the date we receive the confirmation of the proforma invoice & approval of the sample

  • As per our standard export packaging, the items are individually wrapped in a tissue paper and then packed in individual packing boxes. The packing boxes are bulk packed in a 7 ply corrugated carton. Then stitched in a polylined hessian to protect the carton from damage due to moisture & others. We also provide special design and printed packaging as per our customer requirements and specifications

  • Our minumum Order Value is US$ 8000. Trial orders below US$ 8000 can be negotiated on special terms

  • Delivery conditions F.O.B. Calcutta or as per the requirement and specification of the customers

  • We have a very big port in Calcutta where vessels are available weekly for all major ports

  • Transit time for U.S.A. is 35 to 40 days, for Europe is 25 to 30 days, from the date of sailing of the vessel from Calcutta port

  • Our payment terms are 100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit or advance against Proforma Invoice

  • Samples are available at : F.O.B. cost x 2 times + DHL/FEDEX charges prepaid by VISA/AMEX / MASTER Card or Bankers Cheque

  • Special developments are undertaken and estimates are provided in advance based on the Drawings/Specifications to be supplied by the customer. Our design department also provide special service on an exclusive basis

  • We take approximately 20 days as sampling time from the date of confirmation of the final design

  • DHL/TNT/FEDEX takes approximately 4/5 days for sample delivery

  • Apart from Wood we use other materials like Brass, Stainless Steel, Plastic, Rubber, Silver, Glass which are integrated with wood to enhance the beauty of the products

  • The items can be provided in different natural wood colours as per our standard wood veneer card. We can also provide different colour lacquer finish/natural finish as per our standard finishing swatches

  • We can do any kind of Screen Printing, Pad Printing & Heat Embossing on the products as per the design and specifications of the customer. For Screen Printing and Heat Embossing we require a full size art work of the design to be printed & embossed on the products
